i need to ride or i will die

i have not been on my quad for so long i dont know what to do. my 250r wont even run in this weather and the snow wont melt. i think suiside is now a option

i know exactly how u feel..i cant even get my 400 out of my backyard...i have a few feet of snow and its about -10 or 15 at night and 5 degrees in the day...cold $****!! :mad: but i hear its supposed 2 warm up some so i can finally get some decent riding time in!:D

I already through withdraw and i have only been off the bike of mabye like 4 or 5 days and the batter's dead so that's another 50 bucks gone.... and no it won't charge up it only last's for like 1 start and then it need boosting again :rolleyes: so yeah i just had the feeling to roostby the bus today (hahaah i'm get to miss skool to day :D )

... Riding what is that again.... I havent seen less then 1' of snow since the end of October! I haven't ridden the 400 since the end of October! Now there is over 3' of snow and it hasnt been above 0F here for 2 weeks! I cant even stay outside to work on my quad because it hurts to touch metal... I can wait it out though... :(

you have no idea what its like to not ride, i was in a wheelchair for a month and on crutches for almost 2.5, then i started riding a little bit but it still hasnt healed yet, it's been 4+ months now

just be glad ur in good health, and just start your quad in the garage or someplace warm and you'll be all set

I havent been riding for roughly 7 MONTHS!!! between broken a broken wrist, collar bone, and a complete frame up (well, new frame up, lol) rebuild/makeover I just couldnt.
next month my long project should be done (jynx)!

Too cold here too. 20 during the day with wind chills in the 0 or below range. Went riding yesterday in our snow for 3 hours and got windburn. Not fun. Yesterday was worse than today. 11 with a 4 degree wind chill. Then you have to factor in our speed so it felt below zero to us.

im going on a sledding\snowboarding trip at a local field tomorow, and i can at least take the TrailBoss and pull some people with it

I havn't road my quad since November :( . More troubleshooting then weather though. My quad is getting damaged just sitting out in the snow for so long.... I really need to invest in a garage.

I hear over in NY/NJ area its supposed to warm up pretty soon.

lol. keep riding i did. well thats why i hit a ravine going 30 and bent my axle on my 250ex. lol wrist was ok in the cast. i had a fractured left elbow too. right brokwn wrist. hueg *** scare onmy back. heh

Im going completely insane not being able to ride. Theres so much damn snow here right now it sux. I road around in my driveway yesterday and tried going through one of my trails and got stuck. I knew i was gonna get stuck but I tried it anyway. I just got my shocks back last week and I havent even really tested them out. I wish I had a snowmobile right now. Pretty soon here im gonna get my arse outside and start shoveling a track around my yard before I go crazy.

I hope it heals fast man. Broken wrists suk. I broke my right wrist like 2 years ago, its hard getting used to doing things with your left hand, it was hard but then I got used to it. What bone did u break in ur wrist? I broke the tip of my ulna and fractured the growth plate. Good luck man

It has been about 5 months since I have riddin last. My R is in a million pieces and I have no time to fix cause I work 30-45 hours a week and go to school:(

I don't know what bone I broke, i broke my right wrist in 2 places and i have a red cast that goes past my elbow. I did it in a basketball game. I was shooting a fast break layup and someone ran infront of me and i tripped and fell on it. So my season is finished and no snowmobile or qaud riding. I tried riding a snowmobile but my cast is bent to weird so its hard to turn and sqeeze the throttle. but good news is i get a short cast next week.
