yes, it was in dirtwheels several years ago. it was very heavy. they said it was a torque monster though.

This is the best i could find

Kawasaki Ninja 250R is powered by a 249cc liquid cooled, parallel twin, DOHC petrol engine which develops a maximum power of 32 Bhp at 11000 rpm with the maximum torque of 22 Nm at 8200 rpm. The Ninja 250R features a revised six-speed transmission for smoother shifting and works on a more durable clutch. It also features a new radiator to provide better cooling without adding extra weight to the bike. The engine of Ninja 250R has been refined to deliver smooth, step-free power improving low- and mid-range power to offer rider-friendly response. The combustion chamber has been so designed to optimize combustion efficiency and reduce emissions.

is there a weight on the engine? maybe with some money into it you could get maybe 45 or 50+ HP put of it.

either way it would be a cool build.

ill keep lookin for the weight but i found someone with a 03 raptor with a blown engine, i could keep ridin the 400 how it is and maybe stick the ninja motor in that

that would help because there is already radiator mounts. plus there is alot of room in that chassis.
