where can i get a 428 chain for my lt80? what all will i need to change/do if i go to this chain?

Rebelgears also sells them. you might need to cut some links. your dealer should have a tool to do that

Is that the stock chain? Or is it the 428 conversion? I woUld ask LT80 that question or even ask Colby or Dusty at C&D Racing(site sponsor)

If you have the 520 chain/sprockets now, you will have to buy sprockets and the chain. Stock size for 428 sprockets are 12f 26r and I get them right from Suzuki.
I use #40 chain.
You may need a chain adjuster or go to a 13 front.
