which stems fit 400ex's?

Will only 400ex stems fit or will 250r stems, etc? I just walked outside by my quad and noticed my stem is tweaked bad (flipped it right before i tore it down) and need to get another one.

A factory stem from bike bandit for 400ex is only like 70 bucks :) thats where I got mine from..

Worthwhile to a degree, I like keeping a cheaper factory part b/c if you roll again and it bends then your out $$$.

Friend of mine has that custom CNC stabilizer and it makes a world of difference too

oh yeah i agree 100% but i ran an anti vibe stem on my 250r and world of difference over stock in comfort and vibration through the bars, which isnt much on a 400ex but still it helps.

Im with you on that, I never rode alot with an antivibe so I couldnt really comment tbh.

Im sure its good, but I aint willing to fork out the cash when I seem to ruin my stem oh every 6mo to a year and need to buy a new one :(

Hey, if you do find an anti-vibe thats decently cheap post about it, im interested in trying it out.

cheapest i found new with bar clamps so far is burgard. I used to run a Houser anti-vibe on my 250r, i got the clamps and stem used for $150. I might just go ahead and buy the burgard one and get some tag t2's for it

no.the 450r stem is fatter,i went down that route and found it wasnt any good.spose u could get the clamp for it,unsure if the bearing end is the same tho.john

anyone know about a 250r stem? Reason im asking is there are a good bit of them for sale and i thought i remembered hearing the 250r and 400ex stem is interchangeable i just need to verify
