400ex/250r - hybrid part out - w/pics

I am parting out or selling as whole. 400ex hybrid with 250r motor.
Will start with motor. It is a stock 250r 86 year. Needs piston. Have crank and rod
To go with bottom end. Left side case busted in case saver area. Where
Clutch lever goes. Everything else is fine and working. Other than needing crank and rod replaced that I have.
Frame- has been gusseted and mounts for 250r motor. All gussets and motor mounts tig welded in. subframe has also
Been gusseted in weak areas. Frame and sub frame are straight. Do not have title.

Make me an offer on parts or the whole thing. will ship at buyer expense. i do get a good ship rate through my work.

Have a set of Duro flat track racing tires. Have about 90% tread. Hold air, have some scratches from riding in fields, but still very good tires.
