hello guys. im fairly new at this modding game with these quads and im having fun doing it non the less. i have been doing a lot of reading and research on tips, mods, and other fun stuff. i also have been getting a great deal of help from one of the member's here. his name is steve. a big thanks to you for all your help. and thanks to everyone for all there help and what everyone contributed to this site.

on to what i did.

i pulled the stock head pipe off the quad while i was waiting for a few parts to arrive in the mail. i did not spend much time on this but i think it came out pretty good. i ground down the welds inside the manifold and i then figured i would get my honing tool and try to smooth them out some. this took me no more then an hour to do. i think i could have done a little better but overall i am happy with it. i even took a micrometer and made sure both ports where the same size. haha here are some pics.

I think it looks good man. I plan on grinding mine down whenever i can borrow a dye grinder to do it.
