I need to bypass the saftey brake on the girls 09 LTZ 50.
I'm hoping I dont have to try to by a stock replacement and would rather just not have it.

You can't just tie both wires together like on the Kawasaki. It will start but the limiter will be engaged.

Anyone bypass one on purpose?

No one has bypassed the parking brake on the LTZ50?

I was hoping I wouldn't have to pay the $90 - $100 for a new LH lever assembly.

My other solution is to just put a switch on the bike, but would rather not add it if I don't have too.

Thanks

On a LTZ90 You can change out the CDI and it will work without.

Cool, thats a good option. I'll have to look for a CDI for it.

Thanks.
