having trouble tuning the quad - its not always responding to slamming the throttle wide open - very intermittent. Ive already cleaned the carb and raised the needle etc. This happened once b4 and it was a cracked reed, so I pulled the reeds last night and noticed one side (one petal) was hanging open a couple milimeters - and the other side was completely closed and sealed. I tried reversing the petal but it still looks to be hanging open. Is this normal or are they trashed? thanks!
