It is a long story but I work in Africa and also have a 2006 400 there so first thing is to build Engine and suspension then go out and play for the rest of my time off...then remove engine ...take it to Africa swap into 2006....bring back other motor build it ...and bling the 2007...will be fall by the time I get to that point...so have not planned the bling part yet...want to get both quads running hard first...................2006 is in Uganda...its a blast....plated and street legal...miles and miles of hard pack dirt roads .....plan on having the 2007 running with suspension and engine by mid to late march...gives me 2-3 weeks ridding before I have to take it apart again

I remember my first time at Haspin Acres in IN, when the new Honda and Yamaha 450's came out and all people who had them thought they were badasses, a guy with a 400ex that looked completely stock other than a bumper, nerfs, handlebars, Duncan Racing Graphics, and a Fatboy 4 pipe road up to the drag line and lined up against the guys on the 450s, they started laughing at him, and as soon as they took off, bye bye 450s, NO quad could beat this guy. He had his whole motor done by Duncan Racing. So good choice with who your letting do your motor.

Sounds like an awesome build. Do you have any new pics? I am really interested to see how you like the duncan racing pc4000 cylinder. I am considering this kit when it is time for a rebuild. I like the idea that they come with better head studs.
