2006 450er

i need help jetting my quad its a 2006 450er with a 13.5-1 piston, stage two hot cam, yosh exhaust, and no air box, with a uni filter Also my elevation is 300 feet and the temp is usally around 50 degrees. I also run 110 octane thanks for any help i can get

172 main, 42 pilot, 2nd clip from bottom on needle. 2.5 turns out on the fuel screw.

what size leak jet or do i need to even mess with it?

A 50 leak jet will help with starting, but alot of people don't mess with it.
