Something Broke! Springs got into everything until the Crank Bit one! Help!

I opened up the engine and found that there were small springs, not from the clutch, inside the shifting parts and between the crank gear and the ballancer gear. I am used to working on 250r's, what the heck is missing from these pictures? Please help.

those are probably the springs on the back of the clutch hub. That sucks man!!

Are those Valve Springs!!! I sure hope not... The clutch is bolted up still so I dont think they are clutch springs. I see four springs the clutch has five.... they look like valve springs but im not sure?

The valve springs are a lot bigger and it would be impossible for them to get into the bottom end (well not impossible, but you would have a huge hole in the head).

They are the springs from the back of the clutch. Its likely the 5th spring didn't come out of the back of the clutch. Take the clutch nut off with an impact wrench and look to see if its there.
