quick hub question

i think my 400ex has a bent hub on it and im wondering if 86 hubs will work on the 400ex spindle? I have the spindles from my 86 but i know my brakes wont work on the spindles without the conversion plate.

the 400ex hubs will work on 88 and 89 250r spindles and wise-versa. If you use a 88 front hub, you need to remove one bearing and put in the tapered center sleeve, then re-assemable.
