hey guys ive got a few questions... first off i was wondering if there is any other way besides me myself removing the speed reduction collar without an air impact gun.(if i told my local dealer how to do it would they be able to?) I wouldn't get too concerned over the broken fins. The dealer should be able to remove the collar,but I don't know if they will charge or not.
