corrosion cleaner

I was riding my quad in the snow when i put it back in my garage i used the compressor to blow all the water off but i guess i missed a couple spots and some little parts have a tiny bit of corrosion/salt build up i guess...what would be the best thing to remove this and a little bit of rust?

Simple green will clean the bike without harming it and a little bit of WD40 or motor oil will clean the rust off.
