do i need to replace

im planning on cleaning the carb on my boys Kfx 80 & was wondering if i need to replace any seal or gasket when i put it back on.

Nope.
Just make sure the o-ring is in place on the insulator (black plastic thing).
I use grease to hold it in.;)

grease, really? i read in an early post that you said to just leave some part off, it gets hung up or something & is not needed, what would that be? so i just put grease around the out side of the carb?

No.
There is o-ring between the carb and insulator. It sits in a groove. Use grease to hold the o-ring in the groove for installation.
The thing to leave out is in the carb bowl covering the end of the jets. It's a rubber piece.
