I'll admit I used to be into all that screaming crap but I grew out of it. I've started to realize lately just how overrated Lil Wayne is too. His older stuff was decent but I don't know what he's thinking on some of his new stuff.

i listen to a good mix of everything, the benefit of having sirius, but i just really cant stand lil wayne....just never got into his stuff. i like a lot of different rap music, just not anythign he does, plus i dont like him as person

now the screaming stuff, i could never stand screamo and emo adn any fo that trash either...i dont mind a little screaming in some harder rock adn i even listen to metal, but the constant screaming is jsut as bad as white noise to me...

but everyone lieks what they want, and thats just fine

nickleback is the second worst band on the radio. buckcherry is by far the worst

Exactly. I like good metal music but throw that screamo crap out the window. Not only is the screaming bad but most of the songs sound the same.......a lot like Nickelback haha

ya im a huge metalhead, but its gotta be good metal. i actually like a band that has a "good" scream, if you know what i mean. but they gotta sing to, cause to much screaming gets old.

i used to only listen to rap when i was little, then i grew out of it. and new rap is HORRIBLE. its almost impossible to find a rapper thats not using autotune

TOAD seems like another one hit wonder. I like shinedown. Youtube some of their live shows, singer has a really good voice and sings with passion. They do a pretty decent cover of Simple Man

Yeah they do seem to be a one hit wonder, but if you look into some of their other songs that are as popular, you can tell he's got a really good voice and the guitar is decent too.

I've heard Simple Man by Shinedown, I like it better than the original actually.

There's a few live versions that are really good. One of their band members died and he dedicates the song

You'lll all probably hate me for writing this but I've been getting into Limp Bizkit lately, their live shows are very tight and have a lot of energy.

Smashing Pumpkins also did a lot of really good live shows. Billy has a terrible voice but writes amazing songs IMO

If you're talking about Jersey Shore(the show) than you clearly have selective reading. The show clearly states how only 2 out of the 7 where actually from Jersey. There's only one sport that counts in the Winter Olympics .... and that's hockey. We'll see what happens in a week .

But if you do the medal breakdown in terms of population .. You've got 1 medal for every 119 474 people in your country ... we have 1 medal for every 94 986 people . We still WIN in terms of medal ration per capita. :cool:
