Is the TPS sensor responsible for the engine braking when you let off the throttle?

info from curtis sparks, The Throttle Position Sensor Bypass plug is a simple little electrical plug that is super easy to install. The plug improves performance by changing the ignition map in the CDI. A MUST for all YFZ 450 owners!
