I recently bought a new exhaust flange for my R from XC-Bob (off ebay). This was the first time I think I have ever bought anything that really impressed me when I got it.

Not only is the flange nice, they also included 2 extra o-rings, 3 new bolts, and an OEM Honda gasket. All for $60 shipped. That's top notch in my book!

Thanks!

I am testing new o-rings and sealant as we speak, look for updates soon.

Not trying to steal your thread, but the main thing now is to check the flange on your pipe, it should be a nice snug fit. Sometimes older pipes are kinda loose, and even new pipes may not be perfect.

Here is also a common problem, the flange does not seal inside the pipe completely. This flange is put in the pipe as straight as can be, and as far down as it can go. Once you start adjusting the pipe it gets even worse. Im sure this accounts for a lot of leaks:

RPM has them on sale. I bought one from them last year, fits great. I also use TLR-online's O-rings.

Its a type of Three Bond Sealant. If you google 1211, you will see a picture of it.
