removing rectifier?

On my 2005 I do mostly mx so I removed the headlight. Would everything work fine if I remove the rectifier???

if you have a fan you need it

I have an 06 kicker no lights and no fan ... do I need this???? what does it do.. and don't say it rectifies.

Your stator outputs AC current. Your lights and fan use DC power. The rectifier converts the power from AC to DC.

i've removed tps as my carb doesn't take it, fuel heater, thermostat temp sensor and light, headlights , tail light, throttle switch,key, all switches, now I will try rectifier,

your quad will run fine with out one. but your fan and lights wont work.
