I just did a mod on my honda to the yfz450 carb. I was wondering if anyone new if there was a starting point for the idle control knob. I don't know what is under the cover with the tps sensor wires. I figured I would ask on here before I actually open it up and cause a mess. I was looking for maybe like how many turns from all the the way in or out would get me to normal range. Thanks

i understand that but I am starting fresh. so many things affect the idle so I wanted to get a normal starting point for the idle knob. the idle knob is basically a throttle stop. To say get a certain idle range is very open to many variables. The idle speed is not what I meant.

ok then get the throttle screw to slightly open the slid....theres really no set point to start at as far as turns in
