i have a 07 450er and want to put a cam in it. i ride some mx,open fields and duning. i'm stuck between the 06+ hrc cam and the 02 crf cam, what would serve me better.

I would say a Stg. 2 Hotcam

X2 or the 04/05 cam but if your set on thos 2 the 02 CRF would be better all around

x3 Stage 2 cam is a great all around cam IMO, esp. for the 06 up.

ye, the hc2 would work, but wanting to keep a honda cam in it. do you know what cam would have more top end power,hrc or 02 crf.

04/05 is more of a mid to top
06 up is more of a low to mid
02 crf is good bottom..strong mid..and good top
