300ex chassis skid which prm or protect?????

I am picking a chassis skidplte for y 300ex for woods riding, and the ocassional harescramble. I have used dg and ac stuff in the past on other atvs and it was ok. I am looking at the PRM skid, and the Pro-tect skid. Which one is better? do either wrap up a little for the edges of the frame? what about vibration? please help me decide. I am getting prm bumpers if it matters and a prm rear skid made of stainless.
