carb jetting 101 help

call me an idiot, lazy, but... i cannot find where to buy a larger pilot jet for my trx250x!! what size would i need? 40? 42?
i acquired a suzuki gsxr pipe and dreamed about putting it on my quad.. its a little big though. but with airfilter/hose modifications i can fit it right in the middle of the frame under the seat!

well get the manufacturers name on the carb as well as the model and ill help you out

Pilot jet is a #38. Fuel/air screw is 2 1/4 turns out lightly seated 2 1/8 high altitude
You can get jets from your closet quad/motorcyle dealership. Or jetsrus.com

is that 38 the stock or what i need for a pipe?

i have all kinds of mods on my 300ex and it still has a 38 but the fuel screw is turned 3 turns out. Where u live u might go with the 40 but i don't know how many turns on the fuel screw.
