We bought the larger IMS tank für the "R" (3.8 gallons). We think that the OEM gas cap doesn´t fit properly.

Can someone suggest a cap that works perfect with the IMS tank? I´m looking to buy some kind of billet cap ...

IMS should have supplied you with a new cap. I just bought a 3.8 gallon tank for my TRX450 and it came with a new cap.

Yeah, ok, but if I want an aftermarket billet cap (not a IMS billet cap) what would fit perfekt? Some experiences ... ???

Oh, sorry. All of the billet caps I have seen fit OEM tanks. If the stock isn't the same as IMS then the billet ones I have seen would not work on IMS.

The problem is: I´m from overseas and I hoped to get a billet cap in my country that fits the IMS tank.
