i would think 19-6-10 because you are lower to the ground and have a smaller side wall so you wont have as much tire roll. but alot of people including my self run 20-6-10

I liked the 20-6-10's myself. They originally came out with these to match their 19" rear tires. However it seems to be the norm now. I think it rides nicer with the taller tires.

20's are what I use up front. They seem to handle much better

19''s were alright on a well groomed track, a 20x6x10 is pretty much the ideal setup.

It all comes down to track conditions and rider preference. In the Mickey Thompsons Stadium Racing I did, we used Hoosier T10's, 18x10x10, in the rear, and custom grooved Riken radials, 145x10 (looks like a small trailer tire), in the front. On outdoor MX, we used either grooved Turf Tamers, 18x11x8, or Holeshot, 18-20x11x8, tires in the rear, and Holeshot or Fast-Trekker's, 21x7x10, in front. Beadlocks on the front and rear rims with 8-18 psi in the front tires and 6-10 psi in the rear. Hope this helps out.
