Best connecting rod for a 330?

I just threw the rod on my 330 this weekend. I was running a Hot Rods 87-89 crank. I have heard of people running the YZ 490rod?.
Just wondering what is the best route for me to go.

I am not sure what is the best rod. I am a few weeks away from starting a complete rebuild (LED 350PV) and am really wondering what is the best rod and crank combo.

BTW, did your cases get ruined when the rod broke?

my sparks motor has a stock crank with a pro x rod and my lrd came wit a stock crank and rod. both are still running good

I've never heard anything bad about OEM cranks. Hot Rods on the other hand.....
