crf mounting

can someone tell me why my swing arm bolt doesnt fit in my crf motor and it also seems to be loose in my frame can someone please help

the swingarm bolt is a diferent diameter than the bushings in the motor i had to bring the old bushings and the bolt to a machine shop to get new ones made and now it fits in right and is has no slop
