300EX hipers for sale or trade

I have a set of 300ex integrated hub hipers. I have 250r axles in both my bikes. I would like to trade these hubs for some 250r hubs, but I would sell I guess if I can't find somebody to trade. I was told that 300ex,400ex, and 450r hubs all interchange. Can anybody confirm this?
