450R Sparks motor, Pipe, 05 Subframe, carb and more

got an 05 450R motor, it has 20 hours on it since the last rebuild. it dropped a valve so the rebuild included

John Natalies 05 race head (1 of 5 sparks made for him)

Brand new OEM valve, retainers, springs etc

New cyclinder and piston, 485 cc with a 13:1 piston (requires use of 101 octane or higher)

New clutch and clutch basket

New Boysen water pump impeller and cover

Tranny went through, a couple gears and shift fork were replace (not sure which ones exactly)

all new bearings

comes with oil cooler

The rebuild was professionally done by Tony Kellner (Chris Borich mechanic at the time)

Kouki, 550 shipped for everything you asked for minus the harness but including the coil, cdi, rectifier, condenser etc. Note that i did not list the harness, i will give it to you however note that it will need a new plug soldered for the carb (the 3 pin) and will need a new plug soldered for the rectifier

The stem is straight and the PC is in good condition except where the stabilizer clamp connects

25 shipped on the lever, i will also give you whatever spare parts I have for it, think I have spare quick adjust and a perch or lever.

This is the $120 version they used to make that had 2 holes drilled to accept the clutch cable, 1 provided easy/short throw, the other hole provides a stiffer long pull on the clutch

they are 1 1/8th, i do not know what bend they are. 220 shipped

pics of the flexx bars, the blue elastimers will be removed along with the cycra bark busters. I will provide the red and yellow elastimers and the oury grips with them. The blues elastimers are something separate i bought and do not come with flex bars when they are new.

sorr i have been out of the loop for a while.

If still interested, the motor has john natalie's head from 05 when he was still sposnored by sparks. It also has a 485 cylinder on it, I would say it would be more targeted for MX but the cylinder would proclude you from running prodution rules classes, in its current state it would be open class only.

I used it for woods racing though (Where production cc limit is 485), its definatey not the motor for tight/technical racing like the stomp but really shines at the more open courses like unadilla and the ironman.
