currently on our polaris 90 we are running 19/31 gearing,5g rollers,1500 rpm torsion spring, and the 3 little springs are 2000. It takes about 4 to 6 feet before it really starts to launch. We need it to launch immediately off the line (drag racing)what should I or do I need to change?

Sounds like a bad torque spring or heavy rollers. Probably rear spring is week.

Springs will wear out pretty quick especially if strting and stopping alot. The higher the stall spring number the more rpms needed to launch. Replace your big and little springs to be safe. Yourprimary spring should be vry ahrd to compress if it is good.

might try a thin shim in the front variator and see what happens.
