anybody have a good fix for leaking around exhaust flange? i do not want to use high temp silicone and see the ooze!! would an aftermarket flange be the best? have new high temp o-rings in there now, but still leaks a little.

I'm not sure if it will help you, but I have an ESR aftermarket flange on mine and I've NEVER had any leaks.

The use of high temp silicone works very well. Never leak! I also use the ESR flange. Siliconed for piece of mind. :muscle:

i use the ESR flange and always have leaks between the flange and pipe. silicone seems to be the only option if you want "no leaks" for me. even then my TRX5 pipe leake in the middle where the 2 pieces meet. mabe its just me, but i guess i expected a little better seal from the ESR parts.

a goed aftermarket flange with hi-temp o-rings en hi-temp sealant for me. depending on the amount of riding, i may have to redo it once a year.
