i bought one of esr's 310 kit last year and its time to freshin it up. my question is where should i get the piston from? is there anyone who offers them other that esr?

pro x has then, wossner has then, wiseco has them. Personally i would go with a wiseco. but there like 150 bucks from wiseco... wossner isint a bad choice either.

Have you personally run each of those different brands of piston in your R? I'm curious as to the reasons why you would say to go with Wiseco over the other two?

The wossner front window cracked on me last time i ran a wossner, I have never ran a pro x, but i ran wiseco's and there the ****.

yep you can never go wrong by running a wiseco...

pro x pistons are very well made. i feel that they are better than a standard wiseco for sure.. i have used a few of both in different machines over the years and thats what i discovered.
goodluck with the rebuild and have fun with it.

Go with the Wiseco, Forged pistons are strong and they are lighter. Really the only way to build a true performance R.

i have used the pto-x pistons for years with great results however, the wiseco pistons are a lot more stronger/lighter and with such lil price differences i'd recommend the wiseco. cant comment on the wossner.
