Questions about different year 250ex

This might be a stupid question but are the 2001 - 2005 250ex the same as the 06 250 ex other than the plastics? Because I downloaded the service manuel from one of the other threads (Thank You) and I want to make sure all the info is good so I can use it on my 250ex

I'm the one that posted the 01-05 manual. I have an 07 and 08 EX. I haven't ran into any differences between the years. In 06 they changed the plastic and the head light and tail light. Minor stuff, nothing mechanical. If you do a search for TRX250EX PDF manual, you can find both manuals for a $5 download. I just bought a paper 06-09 Honda manual off of ebay for $20.

in 06, the front shocks diameter went from 25mm to 27mm, the rear went from 30 to 32mm.

also the all important sport clutch was added in 06
