what is wrong with people?

long story short a couple of my highschool friends married and moved to kentucky when he went into the army, this morning someone broke into their home and shot him with his own gun. i don't know how he's doing right now just that hes in surgery.

some more details, he was shot in the knee, intial surgery went good but they are going to have to do extensive repairs and he will need a knee replacement in the near future. i wasn't aware but he lives on base so chances are this was someone else also in the military...

Where at in KY? Just curious. Yes, that's a shame. There are some pretty rotten dudes out there.

i am not sure exactly where the base is located as they always come back up here to visit and i never go down, next time his wife calls to update me i will ask

Well, I'm guessing Fort Cambell as there are a lot of soldiers that live there. That's terrible. Sorry to hear it for your friend.
