More profitable to part out or sell stock 450?

It's an 05 and in excellent condition and pretty much all stock with low hours. Demand not so good around here. Anyone with experience? Or more of a pain than it's worth?

IMO parting out a stock bike isn't worth it, should be able to get more as a whole.
Used stock parts don't bring much money.

Only time I see it worth parting out a bike is if it is mostly aftermarket.

I'm trying to sell some spare parts right now. I can barely give this stuff away. Nothing is selling right now. When you do part it, you're just going to be left with a bunch of small miscellaneous parts that nobody needs.

If it's not mostly aftermarket, don't waste your time parting.
