Sorry but why would I buy yours when I can get this Roll..Or any of the other R's I'm looking at for around what your asking for yours. Plus there all alot closer other then the Roll..but I'm from La so I have family down there.

It's a vent to let water evaporate out when the motor warms up, rather than let it collect and rust the stator.
