Well, time for new bearings, brakes, and ball joints. Got one side done, no problem. Other side, popped the wheel off, can't get the hub to slide off. Went through a can of pb blaster, tried pry bar, pickle fork to try and hammer/wedge it out, just flat out hit is with a 5lb hammer, even got out the air hammer. Anyone got any other ideas? I'm almost thinking ive bent the hub (from trying to get it off :( ) and it is going to need replaced but I'd like to save the spindle.

Ah, great idea. Ill break out the torch tomorrow. That wheel had been squawkin at me my last couple of rides, i'm thinking the bearing seized up hard core on the spindle so i hope that will work! Thanks.

Chances are when it comes off, the inner race is going to stay on the spindle. That's usually why you don't ride with a squeaky bearing. Anyways, an actual puller and heat will be fine.

you can carefully grind off the inner race....carefully

Funny I just went through this but on my quad. You need to get a hub puller, you can rent one at Autozone I believe. Right tool for the right job...should make quick work of it.
