a-arm bushings/ regulator

Anybody have 16 bushings for the stock a-arms? I am despirately in need of some for my build and would prefer not to spend $100 + on bushings.

I am also in need of a good regulator so I can install some lights.

I dont have my stock AC regulator anymore. I use the Rickystator brand... 19 bucks new and It will handle 200 watts
