Hey guys just wanna pass on some important info so that the BUYER can keep a few $$$ rather than going into UPS's deep pockets & the Government's.
When shipping items to CANADA be sure to mark the item as USED PARTS.
Here's an example of how UPS RAPES us!
I bought an Item for $400.......UPS charged me $58.35 to look at in and say...yep...it an motorocycle part. Then they taxed that service $2.92.....Then they thought it was NEW so they charged Goods & Services tax....$18.30......and Ontario Provincial tax....$29.28......For a grand total of $108.85!!!!
That's more than 27%!!!!
It should be ILLEGAL!!!!
WHAT the Heck happend to NAFTA ???? (North American FREE TRADE Act)
Sorry....just venting......
Just keep this in mind when dealing with your friends from the NORTH.
And for the fellow Canadians.......Kindly remind the guys to the south to mark them USED....
