carb leaking out of drain tube!!

my carb is leaking out of the bottom where you drain the carb. i had it cleaned a bunch and i put a jet kit in it and had it rebuilt and it still does it. its been in the shop 3 times and they still havent fixed it. it doesnt do it when its just sitting there idleing but if you shake it or ride it it leaks. i put a screw in the bottom of the drain tube so i wont waste so much gas and it seems to run fine. any suggestions or instructions would be very much appreciated.

either your float is improperly set(too high) or your needle & seat is leaking.

if it is leaking out the very bottom of the bowl it could be the drain screw is not sealing off properly.
