everything is ready except anything with bearings, have to talk to kev on the earliest time for bearing removal. wont be this weekend hopefully next. i want to make it a day trip deal, kevs 4 bearing removal then to your place 4 drop off and whatever else

To be honest, I dont see much of a difference between it and Lime Green that I use, but thats just looking at it as its cooling in the oven next to a Lime Green frame:p In the sun light it may appear different but it sure doesnt look different enoughf or me to get wood over

hey ken. all my stuff is at your place except the skid plate. im ordering it on friday. i need to get the walsh foot peg gussets. do you order them or should i and have them sent to your place?

also i sent lugnuts up, i believe they are moly coated. if there gonna be stupid expensive for butch to strip them ill hold off on recoating them. thanks man have a good and safe trip, cya when ya get home.

Ive got everything here ready to go and should have the stuff from burn off back this week. I intend on knocking it all out this week so if all goes well, you will be able to come get it even if i'm not here. Worst case would be early next week so you still have time.

the wheels u have now can be either black or green which evers easy

Its the same green you have except I added clear coat (you have to with this powder)

I can do what ever you like on these fronts, not sure if you were using them as spares or were selling them off since you got new.

go ahead with black on the fronts, that will sell alot easier then the green i think. does the clear in your opinion make it brighter or just a little more "shiney":p

Not any brighter but alot more shiney. Lord knows its bright enough!

Honestly, I havent looked the frame over yet. Tomorrow I will have it on the bench to weld in those 2 gussets and I will check it out and repair anything I find.

The total was for everything, but it sounds like the new rims are already coated? If they are new I can scuff and shoot them if they were going stealth(I forget without looking at the list of colors) but if they are to be green they will have to be sent to burn off......so there will be that cost but no extra to pc them as they are covered in the pm I sent you. If you want green rims for BPG, then I will coat these here and do the others when they get stripped...your call.

The arms and nerfs are the only thing I believe that are not back here yet. I will call in the morning and if they are done tomorrow then they will be ready as well, but you will have everything to get a big jump on the assembly

Havent looked at yet, Barrys frame is in the oven, your powder (well more of it) arrived not 5 minutes ago so as soon as Barrys is done cooking, your frame, sub and swinger are on deck. Welding helmet at the ready:p

I did find one big crack almost all teh way around the left footpeg...its now fixed...swingarm wasnt cracked

What you thought was a crack is the line where te Suki robot got off by a smidge. Its a nice straight burn line from the factory weld.

Seeing that footpeg area will have me checking Codys LTR

takes alot of missed triples for that to happen my frame has lasted this long. this year is the first time I had to weld my peg mounts

Color coat is cookin....clear coat will follow, then the last of the black parts that I have ready to go.

Then another batch of black then pack and leave for NC:huh

The only parts I know I have to do when I get back are the arms and the rims/skidplate once you bring them etc. I will do the arms the second they come back from stripping and get them to roger.
