It is the Moose Poly case saver. I think they are the best for sure. Fully molded to the case.

Both! The first year in 08 I didn't, last year for 09 I did, and this year for 10 it is being redone. New is much easier!

It never got real dirty. I am the extreme anal when it comes to keeping it clean. I did use some Eagle One Never Dull which to my surprise worked very well. It seems at like every GNCC I always have somebody ask me how I keep my quad so clean. lol

That thing is going to look sweet when it is done Dave!!

Can you give me any input on your wiring hareness? Or do you still run stock electrical components? I am not running a headlight or tail light and was wondering the best way to make it a less headache as possible. Thanks

Thank you!

I still run the stock harness, but with it being a kicker there isn't much wiring to begin with. I have it taped and zip tied how I want it so it looks clean though.

The shocks are the Gen 2 version Fox has come out with. They do have some changes. I noticed more on the rear then the fronts. I think they look much better!

I always look forward to seeing your rebuilds, Dave. I just wish I could go to the Dealer Show and check this bad boy out.

If this sucker makes a trip into Toby's, let me know! I wanna come check it out.

That MXP exhaust is the bizz. I saw you loading up to leave MXP, but I had to get to work on my quad to get it off the dyno.

The quad looks great man.

The sprocket guard is made by Teixeira Tech. Really thick.

The quad looks great as always man! Like tons of other people have said I really enjoy this time of the year and looking and watiching your build threads. I think if you had more time a ceramic coated exhaust would have looked great with the polished kicker and other side cover!

Dave400ex
02-23-2010, 09:21 PM
A coated exhaust might have looked awesome. Like you said, time was a serious issue this year. The exhaust got bolted on Friday afternoon on the way to Indy. It was really cutting it close this year. But the end result has been worth it the past 3 years.

The quad runs and handles extremely well. I haven't raced or rode near as much as the past few years as college and other things have kept me busy. Everything works well and holds up great!

I was looking through the past 2 builds and I'm still not sure which one I like the best.

It is for reducing the decibals without taking away horsepower.
