Question about skid and bumper combo.

My first question is which of these bumpers are better for trail and xc riding, or will it even matter. The ac blackline or ims roll intimidator off road. Second will they fit with a um skid without any modifacation.

bump, am i gonna be needing to do any grinding on either of the two

cant say on those but my pro aluminum bumper fits nice with the um skid
