Yes they do fit 400ex as well. These fit 300ex, 400ex, 450r and 250r.

u dont have any inner guards? and if not i can still use my gt thunder inner guard with this right?

dude, ditch the inner. I"ve broke two chains because of those gtt duals not cleaning out.

You can still use the GTT inner with these.

I do agree that the inner guard is what contributes to breaking chains. Too much debris gets in and cannot clean out before getting ground by the chain.

how does that keep rocks from getting in your gaurd? looks like it clears them out after they have been around the chain
