The first round was a total mudfest! I was wondering what in the world we were thinking driving over 2000 miles to race when there is a full blown Monsoon, tornado warnings and 80mph wind gusts! :eek2: :p
But by mid day Sat. things slowly started shaping up and Sundays track conditions were perfect.

Brandon literally has only had about 4 full hours on his quad (his build wasnt done until last week) and managed to grab the #2 in 12-15 Production. In the 12-15 Sport class on Sunday he unfortunatly had a "get off" . Hopefully his boots are broke in by the next race as well as the nerf netting.

Fun weekend... cant wait to do it all over again soon!

Great result!!

Is that normal for you to travel 2000 miles to a race meeting? I know the States is vast but that's crazy!

We traveled over 8000 miles last season around the UK, which I thought was quite a lot, but that did take in 24 events.

It is crazy! Not pleased about it either. We may not race it next year if they dont move more in the Northwest than almost all South.
We average about 13,000 miles a year . Our closest is 9 hours and we only have 2 of those this year. Most are 15+ hours away
:(
The trip there cost a fortune. :scary:
