doesn't sound like to bad of a deal if you have a welder or know someone that can tig it up for you. was the hole knocked into it or rusted through? dents are a pain to fix too.. just know what your getting into before you buy, see what hmf sells just the head pipe for just in case its to bad or not repairable..

well i have a picture of it but i can load it on here but its maybe a littl emore than .5 an inch and it looks like a rock or somethng square went into it bit its like right after the head pipe connects so its on the muffler part

its still saveable, that is a odd place for a gash but who knows.

your main concern will be finding some one to weld it up for you (tig would be ideal). but of course if you already no somebody dont mind this sentence.

id say go for it, but see if you can talk the seller down a little bit. id offer 55 and see what he says

well i was thinking about puttin some jb welding on it and let it sit and then pit some exhaust tape on it. he has someone that wants it already but he also has a pro circut full in good condition for 100 but i think HMF is better

both are good pipes but from personal experience i would stick with the HMF.

get it welded up. JB weld will only cover up the problem for a very short period of time. i can tell you for a fact it will not hold up it will get brittle and crack from the abuse alone.

if you dont know someone who can weld it go to a muffler shop, they will do it for a few bucks
