Did anyone else take advantage of Burgards stem combo,
219 shipped and u get a stem, bars, clamp, and grips.
Does anyone run a burgard stem for the trx450r with a precision stablizer? Cause i have a houser now and i have 2 clamps for the precision the A clamp and the B clamp just wandering which clamp will work with the new burgard stem. Any info will be greatfully appreciated thanks for your time. seth kersey

I have not bought one of burgard's stem or used them before but I recently bought a Lonestar steering stem and the stock size or "B" clamp fit just as the stock. You could always take it to the machine shop if it is doesn't line up right. Hope this helps

Yea thanks bro, i have the B clamp so when it gets here ill check,hopefull it shows up tomorrow.

I am pretty sure that I had to get a E clamp? Not sure. I forget. Its B or E. and I run burgard stem

It was the same one i used for my houser, i was surprised. Thanks, by the way this is a nice stem

I'm pretty sure Burgard just sells the 400ex stems as 450R units, and you may need additional sleeves to make this work. I know for a fact the stabilizers wont line up, you need a 400ex end piece.

I wont use any chrome steering stems. The chroming process actually weakens the material.

I like the Houser and Hermann stems, they're only a few of the ones that actually have additional bracing up by the handlebars.
