Check this one out, the price doesn't concern me but the fact that this exact set of rear fenders has sold twice on ebay prior to this 3rd re-listing makes one wonder anyway...

i saw those also. yeah same set that was for sale last october. their was even a thread on here about the seat latch configuration.

unless this guy has a garage full i think something isn't right.

i'm going to get in touch with him. he's only an hour away from me.

He could be using the same auction over and over and has a couple sets. For a while there, that was all that was available in white. It wouldn't surprise me that a few people bought up a bunch of sets at $250 and trying to sell for $500.

Yeah deja vu!! I'm not saying it isn't legit. Just seems a little odd or coincidental... Who knows could be some deadbeat ebayers that couldn't come up with the money... twice... LOL.

I remember the discussion about the seat latch, cause I was wondering what the differences were bw. 86-87 and 89 whites, I don't think the 86-87 white works too well with the 89 seat latch.

Good point, I think the last set sold for high 400's... if I remember right.

i just sent the guy a question to his auction. i asked him if i could could see them in person. he is local to me. lets see what happens

or he got his buddies to bid them way up and he didnt sell it because they were the high bidder....aaaahhaammmm

well the guy replied. said he had 5 rear fenders. this is the last one he is selling. he did not reply to my question of me going to his place to see them
