how to remove the bolt in the middle of ur front sprocket?

i was changing my front sprocket and the middle bolt is not a ordinary bolt.. just wanted some suggestions on how to remove it without stripping it

there should only be two bolts, one on each side of the shaft

i removed those but there is a bolt in the middle.. but idk what kind it is.. i thought it was just those 2 also.. idk if its a lil different cuz i have a 07 model?
