Which and why 06,07,08,09 ltr? thanks!

From what I know 06's blow up trans's.... 08's 3rd gears are weak... I have an 07 and dont really hear anything bad about them and just raced it 1 year with 2 national weekends and it lasted all year without breaking... hopefully somebody else can input on the 07's and 09's !

i would keep and mod your 06....all 08+ models have 3rd gear go out

I hear all this about 08 3rd gear issues, but not only is mine perfect, my good friend works at a suzuki shop and told me he hasnt seen one come in for 3rd gear issues. so i dont think its as widespread as this forum makes it seem..

I agree,we have 07 but know a couple guys that have the 08 and all three bikes probally has well over 70 hours on them with no problems so far maybe we"re just lucky but we ride hard but dont race mx on a regular basis,that may have something to do with it,duno
